Who We Are

Asphalt is what America drives on. Most paved roads in the country use it, and our team knows how to build it to last.

At Roads, Inc. of NWF, every crew plays a role in that process. From grading and excavation to underground utilities and paving, each step works together to create strong, dependable roads.

For more than 22 years, we’ve helped shape the Gulf Coast. If you’ve driven anywhere from Pensacola to Destin or across to Mobile, chances are you’ve traveled on one of our projects.

From state highways, county roads, and city streets to subdivisions, commercial sites, and parking lots, our work supports the infrastructure people rely on every day. Whether it’s new construction or long-term maintenance, our projects help carry families, businesses, and visitors where they need to go.

We deliver complete site packages from the ground up, including earthwork, underground utilities, asphalt paving, concrete, demolition, and storm cleanup. We also supply construction materials and support projects for federal, state, and local clients across Florida and Alabama.

Our team is fully licensed and certified, and our work meets the standards of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT). With decades of experience and a commitment to quality, we’re proud to build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps the Gulf Coast moving.

We are committed to fair hiring practices and maintaining a safe, respectful workplace for everyone. Roads, Inc. of NWF follows all equal opportunity and employment laws and regulations.

Every applicant and employee is treated with respect and provided a fair opportunity to succeed and grow, regardless of background. We believe a strong team is built through integrity, professionalism, and equal opportunity for all.

the History of Roads, Inc. of NWF

1999 — Started With a Small Service
Cody Rawson founded Roads, Inc. of NWF with a small crew of experienced workers, many of whom are still with us today. The team focused on parking lots and driveways at first. Through hard work and determination, that small start grew into the Roads Inc. you see today.

2004 — Hurricane Ivan
After Hurricane Ivan, Roads, Inc. of NWF played a major role in the cleanup effort. Our crews worked around the clock, clearing and sifting large amounts of sand to help restore the beaches along the Gulf Coast.

2005 — Getting Bigger
Roads, Inc. of NWF completed a multi million dollar road widening project for Escambia County, Florida. It marked a major step forward in the size and scale of the work we could take on.

2015 — New Asphalt Plant
We built our current asphalt plant to run more efficiently and support growing demand. The plant uses recycled materials and natural gas, helping us produce high quality asphalt while reducing waste.

Today — Still Building the Gulf Coast
Our team continues to serve Florida and Alabama with the same work ethic we were founded on. We take pride in delivering large-scale projects, supporting local communities, and maintaining the infrastructure people rely on every day.

By continually investing in modern equipment, skilled professionals, and better construction methods, we’re committed to building stronger, longer-lasting roads and sites that stand the test of time.
