PATHSTONE SUBDIVION PHASE 1 & 2

About the Job:

Pathstone Subdivision Phases 1 and 2 consisted of a mixed-use development including 76 single-family residential lots, an amenities site, and four commercial parcels. Roads, Inc. of NWF performed the site infrastructure improvements necessary to support both residential and commercial development within the subdivision.

The project included installation of a potable water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection system including a master pump station, and full roadway construction throughout the development. Additional improvements included FDOT turn lane construction along the adjacent roadway corridor and installation of pedestrian sidewalks to support safe community access and connectivity.

These improvements provided the essential infrastructure needed to support long-term residential growth and commercial development within the Pathstone community.
